Hi, I'm Thuy An!

My name is Thuy An (pronounced “Twee Ann”), and I am the owner and a licensed Realtor at OmniHome Realty. I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese.


Originally from Vietnam, I came to the U.S. in 2010 as an international student at Indiana University Bloomington, where I earned my Ph.D. in Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental Microbiology in 2016. I also hold master’s degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry. In August 2016, my family moved to Nebraska when my husband became a Math Professor at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. After purchasing our first home in 2017, we discovered the joy of homeownership—our three children love playing in the backyard, and we enjoy gardening, especially growing water spinach, tomatoes, and cilantro in the summer.


In addition to my real estate business, I serve as a Loan Officer at Loan Factory and an Insurance Agent at Solid Ground Insurance, which allows me to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of mortgages and insurance. I also stay active in the real estate community by reading, listening to investing podcasts, and managing the Real Estate (Bất Ðộng Sản) Lincoln, Nebraska Facebook group, where I share educational content in both English and Vietnamese.

Mình là Thúy An, hiện là chuyên viên môi giới bất động sản và chủ sở hữu OmniHome Realty. Mình thông thạo cả tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.


Mình sinh ra và lớn lên tại Việt Nam, sang Mỹ năm 2010 theo diện du học sinh (học bổng Vietnam Education Foundation) tại Đại học Indiana University Bloomington, nơi mình nhận bằng Tiến sĩ Khoa học Môi trường (chuyên ngành Vi sinh Môi trường) vào năm 2016. Ngoài ra, mình có bằng Thạc sĩ Khoa học Máy tính từ University of Nebraska – Lincoln, cùng với bằng Cử nhân và Thạc sĩ Hóa học từ Đại học Sư phạm Hà Nội.

Tháng 8 năm 2016, gia đình mình chuyển đến Nebraska khi chồng mình trở thành Giáo sư Toán tại University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Sau khi mua căn nhà đầu tiên vào năm 2017, chúng mình đã thực sự cảm nhận được niềm vui của việc sở hữu một mái ấm riêng—ba con nhỏ rất thích chạy nhảy trong sân vườn, còn vợ chồng mình thì đam mê trồng rau mùa hè như rau muống, cà chua, ngò, v.v.


Ngoài công việc môi giới bất động sản, mình còn là chuyên viên làm hồ sơ vay mua nhà tại Loan Factory và chuyên viên bảo hiểm tại Solid Ground Insurance, chuyên về bảo hiểm nhà, xe và doanh nghiệp. Điều này giúp mình có cái nhìn toàn diện về bất động sản – vay thế chấp – bảo hiểm để hỗ trợ khách hàng tốt nhất. Bên cạnh đó, mình thường xuyên học hỏi qua sách, podcast về đầu tư bất động sản và hiện đang quản lý nhóm Facebook Real Estate (Bất Ðộng Sản) Nebraska, nơi mình chia sẻ thông tin hữu ích bằng cả tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
